Description

Fantastic costume!! We used a few times indoors but it would work great for a Halloween costume. It's very lightweight and has a Velcro closure so great for wearing over clothing for school activities. Thin felt like blue material. It has no size but because it's capris I say it's great for ages 3-6. My 7 year old is small and could wear it and my tiny 3 year old as well. Wonderful for a preschool classroom as well for imaginative play!!
