This is a really comfortable, soft (not stiff) but structured carrier that we loved. I've lost the back removable pad that fit onto the bottom strap but it is not necessary for function (just was an added comfort). It has tons of pockets. It was extra nice when our baby was very little and wanted to be in a softer carrier.
