This shirt is amazing! It's a breathable tank that the baby slides into and turns into a baby carrier. You don't wear a bra under it, so you can Nurse the baby right in it if you want. There is a pouch extender so it grows with baby. See their site or Amazon for sizing. I will say that this shirt saved me with my colicky newborn who needed worn everywhere. It has some pilling but that's it. Retails for $75.
