Bought this at Ross, but it's justice brand however I think it has a manufacturing flaw as seen in last pic. Some of the stitching is coming apart from around the bottom. It's not very noticeable and the hem still seems fine as there is a double layer of thread.
Otherwise this is in like new condition and great layering over uniforms.
