I’ve heard these run really small...would you say that’s true? I’m looking for a 1 year old

It just depends how you like them to fit I think. My daughter wore them when she was 2-3 (normally wearing a 2 or 3) and they were a little short and tight, but looked cute. I think they would have a longer, more “flowy” look on someone smaller and then fit for a long time, if that makes sense?
