This is one piece. The top is sewn to the dress. The top is stretchy and soft knit. The dress portion is woven with the exception of the velvet ribbon straps. The dress pulls on. The waist is elastic in the back. Just beautiful! Great condition. Size is 104 cm or 4 years. Beaded on bodice - one or two beads may be missing but it is no big deal.
