  @cam17jmu I just so happened to stumble across your comment and feel the need to stick up for the seller. There are no bloomers shown in any of the photos so I am not sure why you would expect to get bloomers with your purchase. Also, I personally feel that an item could be in excellent condition even if they had two owners. I know my daughter has worn an outfit one time for a photo for an hour tops.

  And if a second owner wears the outfit one time, it could still be in excellent condition, so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be in excellent condition if it happened to be the second owner. Just my thoughts....

  @a_girl_and_her_pug when I buy something used for $35 in like new condition- it shouldn’t be missing part of the dress. That’s my opinion. Maybe you have lower standards and that is fine.
