Description

Three layers of full champagne/ivory lace chiffon ruffles with a vintage feel! Would make a great flower girl or party dress.

The bodice has stretch lace straps and is stretchy to give the dress some room to grow. Would easily fit toddler 3t-6 because of the extra stretch.

Matching belt is adorned with a shabby chic flowers, rhinestones and pearls; flowers are attached to the belt, but could easily be removed and added to a headband instead.
