Handmade by 2lilbuggs. Size is 3T. My son wore this at 38 inches tall and 36 lbs. Retail cost: $54
One piece pull on romper style with a ribbon to tie on the tie around the neck (we didn't use ribbon as my son has sensory related issues so we pinned it instead). This was so unique and cute for halloween. No one had a costume like it and that's what I loved about it. There is some wash wear and a little fading in the knees.
