Maroon heavy-duty leggings - perfect if you live in frigid temps or plan to visit! No size tag, but these fit my daughter as a size 4. There is some fraying, but no holes and the fabric isn't compromised (see pic). I'm including measurements so you can ensure they fit your little one. Waist is 8". Outseam is 22". Inseam is 14". These are not waterproof. My daughter wore these as leggings when it was cold outside, under dressess and under snow bib overalls. Smoke-free home. Price includes shipping.
