Adorable 2T Healthtex white dress with black dots - reminiscent of a Dalmatian print. Bell sleeves and empire waist. Looks to me like excellent condition but listed as VG because we wore it a lot. No visible flaws that I can see! Looks awesome with black leggings or tights and black boots. I always thought it'd also make a cute Dalmatian costume for Halloween 😊
