Super cute handmade pleated tulle tutu with sleeves! My daughter didn't wear this smallshop gem nearly enough but it was totally adorbs when she did (see pics)! No brand or size tag but from Sparks and Littles and sold as a 5T (runs like a 5/6 IMO). Love love the soft cotton blend leotard bodice (notice, no snaps) and obviously the flecked rainbow print. Listed as good condition because there are some very faint stains on the sleeves and bodice that may come out when treated and holes from where the size and label tag should be inside (unseen when worn). Overall so much life left and ready to be twirled in!
