Description

Pretty mermaid dress and underwater scene. Navy background with pinks, blues and burgundy. Halter tie neck so it's adjustable. Elastic in the back...pullover style. See measurements...there's at least another 2 inches of play due to the elastic. No issues except for some wonky/uneven stitching on the inside which doesn't affect the ascetics at all. Size is 5T but we wore as a shorter dress when in 4T. Length measurements are taken from the top of the bodice, so the straps add more length depending on how much you need.
