So cool! Lightweight cotton fabric #handmade boho ethnic harem pants with gathered elasticized jogger ankles. Seamstress mistake on the back of waistband where the seams meet. Could be worn as is, or stitched easily. Would fit 3-4 IMO. 22" from waistband to hem. Waist is 7" unstretched & 15" completely stretched. So there's a lot of leeway with fit!
