Adorable lined frog rain slicker jacket. Snaps down the Deon for easy on and off. Cute detailing even on the hood. Bought this for a picture for my daughter so no tags but she wasn't wanting to wear it. Pink, green and blue colors are great for spring. Have matching galoshes/rain boots that I will list separately.
