We cut the tag from this one so I don't remember the exact brand/size. I would say could fit from 12-18 months up until 2 or so for most. This was my little one's favorite! Great for twirling! Pretty floral print on top with sweet details and the fun tutu bottom. We wore with gray leggings. One sleeve has a purple stain at the cuff from a rogue art project.
