Made by Children's Place. Tag says Sz.5-
Super cute BUT it was too small for my big girls. I took pictures of the waist being measured & if this skirt will fit your little you should get it because it is perfect! Looks brand new!
22” measured around the waist. I said Sz 4 because I know the waist is smaller than a 5. Please measure your child just to be sure 😊 & please feel free to ask me any questions. I'm happy to help this beautiful skirt find a new home.
