I purchased this two years ago from a seller here on Kidizen! She sold me as a pair like this. The tights are size 1-2 and dress is a size 2-3. We maybe wore this once and has been sitting in the closet. ☹️I would say it would fit best for age 2. The tights show some minor pilling. It's adorable and sad to see it go!
