My Royal Circus Carnival birthday hat crafted from a red and white striped glitter fabric and trimmed with a yellow fringe. It is lined with a soft red felt and topped with a handcrafted fluffy red, yellow, and light blue Pom Pom. “4” is made from a light blue glitter fabric outlined with light blue. I ordered this from My Royal Circus Off Etsy. It measures about 3” in diameter and about 5” tall. It is secured by a comfortable elastic band to be worn behind the ears and rest at the base of the head. It is made with care to be a wonderful keepsake! This is so comfy on and great quality. It's the nicest party hat we have ordered so far. It's like new condition. My daughter was too busy in the jump house and only wore it while we sand happy birthday.
