EUC Disney Minnie Mouse black hooded long sleeved top. When the hood is on, it looks like your little girl is wearing mouse ears! We purchased for Disneyland when our oldest turned one, and it was super tight and the sleeves were short. So listing as a smaller size. My girls have always worn clothing true to size. I really think this was mis-tagged. I'm happy to measure for anyone that's interested!
