Adorable little top, is a 4t but IMO Dollcake always runs on the smaller side so more like a 3t. My 4 yr old wore during winter with white long sleeve shirt underneath, some leggings and cute ankle boots. My 3 yr old wore as a really short dress with white trousers during the summer. It's dark blue, lines with tiny pom poms, ties on shoulders.
