Description

The absolute cutest skirt and cardigan combo, perfect for Valentine's Day! The skirt is a bright blue tulle with sparkly red, silver and hot pink sequin hearts. And the cardigan is hot pink with crystal buttons. Light wear on the cardigan but in overall great condition. The skirt ran a little wide so I stitched each side about a 1/4 inch. It fit better with the elastic waistband but could easily be removed since I didn't cut the elastic.
