Gorgeous OOAK Handmade by Mommy dress. Custom for our annual Day of the Dead Festival. Made from Tula fabric in a purple and turquoise colorway. Elasticized back panel for a form fitting look. Sleeves have a double ruffle, cotton striped and sequin for added sparkle and a fully lined bodice. Really full skirt, would look fabulous and full with a pettiskirt underneath. Worn once for the Festival, so no tears, stains or wash wear. Measurements: Chest- 11”-13” laying flat Waist: 10”-12” laying flat Length- 25” from top of strap to hem.
