  This buyer/seller account requested a refund from kidizen after shoes she purchased from me had been shipped but USPS had not updated the tracking info yet on their end. I told Kidizen of this & they still refunded her (at my expense) but then we asked her repeatedly to please ship the shoes back to me considering she had been refunded for them. She ghosted me, has refused to compensate me, nor has she shipped back the shoes she didn’t pay for. For the record, she would NOT have even had to pay shipping, that was at my expense as well. We are a struggling family of 4 trying to make ends meet in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment trying to pay off medical expenses for my baby boy’s triple open heart surgery. I listed the brand name Adidas shoes for $24 with $4.50 shipping and I gave her $8.50 in total discounts on top of the listed price. She stole a $20 sale from me, a pair of shoes my daughter could’ve had from her big brother, plus the time I put into taking intentionally curated photographs for the listing, oh and the timen it took to thoughtfully package, drive to ship off her purchase, as well as an hour wait standing in line to have it scanned in at USPS. I do not recommend doing business with this account.

  THIS COMMENT IS IN REFERENCE TO @ms_g1 1 the buyer of this item, NOT THE SELLER! @kidizen won’t let me edit comment to clarify, nor have they been willing to resolve this case for myself as the seller, so I feel the need to warn people of @ms_g1 since @kidizen apparently won’t do their job to protect sellers.
