Absolutely precious “Narrow Stripe” suspenders skirt from Childhoods. Cream with navy stripes and the CUTEST wooden buttons, pockets, and 3 length settings. See pics for measurements. I'd say it runs slightly small, but the straps are a bit too long for my short torsoed 2T wearing daughter. Purchased from another Kid mama in EUC, but we only tried on.
