This is an 18mo baby floral sweatshirt from department store Mervyn's by the brand cheetah. Made in U.S.A. This sweater is impeccable for it's age other then minor discoloration or staining on the cuffs see last picture for more details. Not very noticeable. Normal from babies putting their hands in their mouth. No pilling.
