Would be EUC except for a water mark as circled in pics. Not treated and I have no idea what it is- so it may come out in the wash. Otherwise, this tee is in perfect shape. Super soft. 3/4 sleeves, worn once. Runs on the smaller side, as I think it's supposed to have a slimmer fit, but still fit my son as a size 5.
