Description

Pretty Carter's tutu style floral skirt. Two layers of tulle with a white lining underneath and a sparkly gold elastic waist band. Tagged size 3t, but I think runs a bit generous due to elastic waist. Photo of my daughter wearing it at 5 y/o with a shorter length.

In very good used condition for light color and very light wash wear. Tulle is still in great condition.
