Could these be worn as rain boots also or are they too warm and better for just snow?

I definitely think they could be used as rain boots. These boots have neoprene uppers which provide insulation but also moisture wicking. They are pretty lightweight compared to many snow boots. And they don't have any fuzzy stuff on the inside for added warmth. Bogs does make boots just for rain, but if you live in an area like we do, where you see rain and snow, these are really nice.

@i'm_with_the_band I see they have the tags still on but the top of the right boot looks a bit frayed, any chance you might discount them a little more?
