How much weight is this rated for and since it’s so thin, are the straps actually comfortable for long wear or is it more for just getting through airports and such?

Hi there, the Boba website says it’s rated up to 45 pounds. I used this carrier a decent amount for shopping trips and such because I kept it in my car for quick access. The straps are not really padded but they are sort of wide. I wouldn’t say it is nearly as comfortable for all day wear as a full soft structured carrier like a Tula or an Ergo but it works for shorter periods. It’s probably equivalent to an umbrella stroller vs a Uppababy. Hope this helps.
