We often get questions on what you can do to have a successful Kidconomy. So we wanted to put together a list of our top five tips to help have a successful Kidconomy.

However, we first want to address that you can do all these things and that doesn't mean you will have Kidconomy sales. The highest sales shops change every round. And just because this might not be your round for numerous sales it doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. We many times hear, “I didn't have a lot of Kidconomy sales but I had more sales than I usually do during the week”. These tips not only help with Kidconomy but can help your potential for general sales.

Finally, all these tip can be summed up by saying “be active in the app during Kidconomy”. It sounds simple but it's true!

🌷Hashtag your listings with the hashtag. This is how participants shop. They use the hashtag. There are too many participants to just search the shops for what you want. This is the single most important thing to do.

🌷List or relist items during and before the event. People are looking for new things. Kidizen sellers are more likely to shop the most recent listings. If your most recent listing is the last Kidconomy participant listing you are less likely to see sales.

🌷Try to list seasonal clothing in a variety of sizes. We realize this may not be possible for everyone. But the more specific your shop is (ex- all baby sizes, all toys, only Mama items) the more challenging it can be for selling. Think about what you are shopping for right now. Other parents are probably looking for the same.

🌷Participate is Kidconomy specific share groups. This not only helps bump up your listings, it gets eyes on your listings from other Kidconomy participants.

🌷Look through the ISO listings, participate in the games and in the chat. You might have something that someone else is in search of. And this helps keep your shop name present for other participants.
