Soft sole, adorable little yellow rain boots. They are more of a cushiony fabric and more the look of a rain boot, they do not appear to actually be waterproof when submerged in water but seem to repel water splashed on them (such as riding through a light rain in a stroller.) They haven't been worn so I can only say what I'm assuming based on the fabric type.
