Special winter blue dress & matching hat by American Girl Bitty Baby for girl age 4. Comfy stretch velour fabric in a beautiful blue with iridescent embroidered snowflakes. This dress is accented with white cuffed sleeves and Peter Pan styled collar. Zips up the back. This outfit is in excellent condition as it was worn only once. Hard to find as it was purchased by me in 2004.
