@darling_lou I would say it runs a little small. I’m not sure if the original owner put it in the dryer. My daughter started wearing it before she was 2. She is now 2 year and 7 months, 28lb. The dress still fits but is starting to get a little snug in the top

There was a gap in the seam that I repaired (see photo).
