Add on only, if you buy another regular priced item (not another add on). This dress is in play condition. We are second owners and I repaired a big tear in the lace (see pic 4-above the ruffle-I'm not a professional). There are some stains and discoloration throughout..I tried to capture in pics but it's hard.....hardly noticeable, IMO because the skirt is so fluffy. This is the perfect dress for backyard tea parties, outdoor birthday parties....and daycare. You don't have to worry if they get it dirty. Size 2.
