These are in great functional condition; however one pair does have a visible untreated stain on the inside, hence the play condition rating. Some fading/wash wear. Please note these are labeled 3T, but my average-sized daughter was growing out of them before 3 years old (though my guess is that my narrower son would have still fit them past 3 🤷🏻‍♀️).
