6 cloth diaper inserts. If I recall correctly, these are a very absorbent 4 layers of microfiber enclosed within “charcoal bamboo” fleece. They are great in pocket diapers or laid in covers directly against baby's bottom because of the stay-dry feeling to the fleece. No stains or stink.
