This is the Hailee Dress by IRO for size 0? 00? It's in excellent condition. The bodice is semi sheer, and there is a mesh illusion hem on the skirt. The material is a poly blend.And as a woman who could have pulled this dress off, back in the day, I absolutely say do it! That window is pretty short. Not just being young and looking great in this, but also being socially acceptable. At 60 I really miss being able to wear clothes like this.
