Amazing 60s/70s? Oriental maxi dress with hand beaded peacock & cherry blossom design

Dress looks handmade, but well. Beading is certainly done by hand.
Pink satin material. Has a slit up each side 22.5” up from bottom. Buttons at neck/shoulder
