I hand make all my TuTus. They are made with an elastic waist so they will stretch. I also use lots of tulle so that they will be fluffy!!

This listing is for a baby TuTu. The size is 12-18 months and is 8 inches long. These will stretch so u can probably use it much longer then the 18 months.

The color is called shocking pink. It's a brighter true pink. Not neon but a pretty bright pink.

Each TuTu will be in brand new unworn condition.
