Vintage Tiny Tots Original terry cloth yellow sailor fish romper size 24 months. I would call it an 18-24 by today's sizes, personally. Snaps at saddle, and the cross back is adjustable. Top is lined in cotton. No stains or flaws, no discoloration. EUC. Based on construction details and the RN number, this piece was likely manufactured in 1959 and released in 1960 for the summer lines.
