Description

I loved the cut of this dress. Kind of an empire waist with a swing cut on the bottom. It's a soft navy velour fabric, with very light white polka dots. (I'm not sure if this is intentional or if the dots have faded because of age). Fabric eyelet lace at cuffs show light wear. Two buttons at neck. 22" long. I purchased for my 6 yo, but think it would work for a 5 yo as well, due to length.
Her Majesty brand, good vintage condition.
