Vintage Healthtex, tagged 18m. Please let me know if you need measurements. VGVC, but does have a hole in the seam of the armpit that needs repaired - should be a quick fix if you know what you're doing. The lace detail does show its age and the elastic is loose - but amazing nonetheless. Snaps at the shoulder and crotch.
