Bought from another KZ mama last year. I love this piece so much! Marked 18 months but can fit smaller. The tie back makes it pretty versatile; it's more about the length you want! It's about 9.5” from shoulder to hem. Sweet stripe and floral fabric with ruffles. The edge of the tie has some fraying (see pictures). Some fading to the fabric, too, given its age.
