Either for rain or to gel in the garden This boots are vibrant, gun and in excellent conditions. The outside is waterproof Faux Fur Lining. My son said they felt delicious but it was Summer when he was size 8! You can wash them in the laundry machine. I never did since barely were worn great rubber soles
