Gorgeous midnight blue tulle bubble skirt attached to leggings. Waist is a blue & gold elastic band. Tulle is filled with 3D adornments that float about freely: poms in multiple colors, 3-inch silver fabric moons, metallic discs in pink, silver & gold. It's all very enchanting for a little girl & so much fun! The attached leggings are the same color blue with silver graphics on each leg: one side has a winged unicorn with stars and the other has a sleeping half moon with stars. NWOT in perfect condition. Made by M&S (Marks & Spencer UK). Marked size 2/3, leaning toward the bigger size so will work well for both ages as she grows. Waist is 20 inches around but will stretch further. Skirt is polyester; leggings are cotton with a touch of Spandex. Inseam: 15 inches. Skirt 9.5 inches long. Free shipping ❤
