Comes in a collectible replica box with ornate artwork and gold embellishments and includes a 3D lenticular Dumbledore Famous Witches and Wizards Card.This item is in good condition and pretty much like new, other than the frog itself (two year old got ahold of it and the back two feet are missing) The card and the box itself are both great collectible, Dumbledore seems to move when you move the card. Honestly unless you are super particular I don't think the back legs are that distracting if you want this as just something to display or even play with.
