I believe this may be OOAK. Sadie Then Ty was trying some vintage patterns with some vintage fabric she had! This is an apron style dress, but the back wraps around fully so it is a full dress. Pockets are real and deep! So pretty layered over a Peter Pan collared blouse! I tried to get a closeup of the fabric—it's cotton and so cute with all the tiny animals. It's marked 12-18, but as it was a prototype, the sizing is off. Much closer to 2-3T. No flaws to note!
