Watermelon is iconic of the American Summer!!! What better to pair it with then a classic Smocked bishop dress!

***New with tags, but during storage the back hem must have gotten into something. There is a light brown stain across the hem (very faint...I did not see until photographing). I did not try washing because it still has tags! Also, do to the nature of the fabric (according to the tag) there seem to be stripes of les dyed fabric in the smocking. It does not bother me, but wanted to draw attention to it.
