Hi! I believe the rating has just worn off. They are a classic high style which online says Bogs Classic Boots for kids are comfort rated to withstand temps down to -30°F.

These boots have a few holes in the outer nylon lining but they do not go thru to the inside. Still waterproof and warm! They also need washed up. Please remember these are heavy to ship.
